Ingredients for Tomato pie with ham, green peas and olives
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Leavening agent - 15 g
- Milk - 120 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Green peas - 30 g
- Ham - 50 g
- Black olives - 20 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Tomato pie with ham, green peas and olives
Mix the flour with agrihotel;
add warm cream or milk, salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, olive oil, sugar, mix;
add beaten eggs and knead the dough until smooth.
Add the tomato or red pesto (or tomato sauce and "pesto" 1:1), grated on a fine grater cheese.
cut out small pieces of ham and olives;
green peas (if peas are frozen - defrost pre - "steam bath" or in the microwave).
Knead the dough until smooth and put in a greased form for cupcakes.
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
