Step 1

Turkey fillet lightly beat off.

Marinated in a mixture of salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and olive oil for 10-15 minutes.


Step 3

Steaks quickly (literally a few seconds) to brown on both sides in a well heated pan without adding oil.


Step 4

Greens coarsely chop;
mozzarella cut into 2 parts;
garlic is clean and skip through the frog.


Step 5

For each steak to put on the half of greens, a teaspoon "pesto" (optional) and half of the mozzarella.


Step 6

Fold the steaks in half and secure with wooden sticks or toothpicks.

(Leaves a space - but so necessary).

Bake in preheated oven (200-220°C) for 10-15 minutes just before serving, and served with a sauce that stood out during baking.
