Ingredients for Roulade with apricot-chocolate filling
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Dry milk - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cognac - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Jam - 4 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 100 g
- Red currants
Step by step instruction of cooking Roulade with apricot-chocolate filling
Before you start making dough for rolls, turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees. The pan heated along with the oven!
Mix eggs, flour, milk, sugar and baking powder. Add the cognac. If the dough gustavito, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water.
Get the pan, put on it the baking paper, distribute the dough with a thin layer of approximately 7-8 mm and put in the oven. Bake 5 minutes!
For the filling, whisk the apricot jam with crushed chocolate.
