Step-by-step instruction of cooking Biscuits "Original"


Step 1

Whisk brown sugar, sugar, butter for 10 minutes, add the egg and vanilla, and beat for another 2 minutes, add the sifted flour ( if the flour is soft, it is 2.5 cups, but if solid 2 cups) with baking soda and knead the dough.


Step 2

Add steamed and drained raisins.


Step 3

Make balls the size of a walnut and coat in corn flakes.


Step 4

Bake cookies in preheated oven 10 minutes at 180*C. remove the cookies from the sheet after cooling.
