Flour to RUB with oil, the resulting mass should be creamy. Add salt spices and water. Instead activity I used dried garlic ( on the recommendation of the Aron-Space).
Knead the dough, it should be soft and pliable and easy to come unstuck from hands. Knead it with your hands for 5-7 minutes. The dough roll into a ball and leave under a damp cloth for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts and then each further four parts. It turned out 8 balls.
Roll them with a rolling pin until the dough is not very thin and not very thick.
Put on a very hot frying pan (WITHOUT OIL).
Flip, lightly grease with oil. After a few seconds again to turn. Wait a few seconds and flip again. The pellets should appear brown spots.
