This recipe I got from mother-in-law of his girlfriend. Cucumbers are crunchy and delicious!!! Once cooked and tasted-will do just that! Help yourself!!!

Cucumbers wash, cut off the tips.
Cut into 4 pieces along.
Garlic RUB on a small grater.
Prepare marinade of sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Do not boil.
Cucumbers mixed with garlic and marinade. Insist in a cool place not less than 7 hours, but better overnight.
Cucumbers put in jars and pour the liquid that turned out. (you can eat in 7 hours, but better after 12) And roll on the winter, sterilizing for 10 minutes.
Of this amount, the cucumber is roughly 3.8 liters.
