- Mushrooms - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Seasoning - 0,25 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Green peppers stuffed with potatoes
Peppers, cut off tops, remove seeds. Scald with boiling water.
Mushrooms cut into slices.
Potatoes RUB on a small grater. Add the egg, seasonings, mushrooms, mix well.
Pepper fill the potato mixture. Lay on a baking sheet greased with butter and bake for 45-50 minutes at a temperature 220-220 degrees.
