This salad is from Crimean Tatar cuisine. Quite hearty and can be presented alone as a main dish. Croutons fried it in butter and do not spare the garlic, it is then appropriate!

Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a skillet.
Drain and rinse the beans, rubbing cheese, cut parsley.
Mix everything and overcook in the pan with the onion and garlic 7 minutes.
The resulting mass fill 1\\2 mayonnaise and spread on the dish.
Cut into cubes stale bread, previously rubbed it with garlic.
Baton sauté the cubes in butter(!)oil.
Put the crackers on the prepared mixture on a platter and pour the remaining mayonnaise!
