- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp

Clean my carp. Cook the eggs.

Finely chopped onion fry in a skillet in a small amount of sunflower oil. (do not fry)

Then finely chop eggs and mix with fried onions. Salt, pepper

With this mixture stuff the pre-salted carp.
Spread on a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil.
Put bake in the oven at 175º approximately 40 minutes, periodically pour the separated juice.

P. S. This dish I cooked while in Ukraine. But, as in the moment, live in Portugal, there are carp there, so I tried to cook with sea fish (dourada for example). It turns out very tasty!
