Delicious tart with pears and sweet cream.
Ingredients for Tart with pears
- Flour
- Curd - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 50 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Pear - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Cognac - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Vanilla - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Tart with pears

Flour, cheese, butter, and eggs, knead the dough, adding the baking powder. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
