- Pork - 200 g

- Dry red wine - 3 tbsp.

- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Water
Step by step instruction of cooking Stew "Royal"

My meat steeped in water (30 min) and cut into small pieces.

Onion cut into half rings. Carrots cut into sticks (julienne).

Mix the meat, carrots + crushed garlic + seasoning, a little salt, pour soy sauce, stir and leave for 30 min.
