Ingredients for Frittata with tomatoes and oyster mushrooms
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Oyster mushrooms - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Dry white wine - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 50 ml
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 3 tbsp.
- Thyme - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Frittata with tomatoes and oyster mushrooms

Tomatoes to RUB on a grater to peel. Slice the mushrooms finely. Put all in pan with olive oil, add salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.
