Pie with bananas, figs and blackberries

Very tasty cake with coconut milk: the sweetness of tropical fruits are perfectly combined with a slight "sourness" of BlackBerry. The dough turns out very airy and flavorful.
Ingredients for Pie with bananas, figs and blackberries
- Flour - 150 g
- Leavening agent - 15 g
- Sugar - 130 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Coconut milk - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 75 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Banana - 2 PCs
- Figs - 2 PCs
- BlackBerry - 150 g
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Nuts - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 3-4 tbsp
- Powdered sugar
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with bananas, figs and blackberries
Turn on the oven for preheating at 180°C.
The yolks separated from the whites.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add coconut milk, vegetable oil
and whisk all together;
stir until smooth this whipped mass with the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla.
Add the whipped whites with the salt and again mix everything.
In a fireproof dish (about 25cm. in diameter) on a baking sheet, sprinkled with ground nuts, spread the pieces banananas;
then put half of the dough and top with slices of figs and blackberries.
Close second half of the dough, sprinkle with almonds and bake for 30-35 minutes.
The finished cake is cooled before you remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
