Sift flour, add oil into it and chop it cubes with the flour,
then RUB everything together with your hands to produce a uniform crumb. Make a deepening in the middle, add sour cream, egg, sugar, salt and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then roll the dough, spread in a greased detachable form, making a high side, and pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling: beat the eggs, milk,
cream, sour cream,
mustard, salt and pepper(as always for spice added a red pepper).
and grated on a coarse grater cheese
Fill the form with the baked dough stuffed
and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
P. S. For this cake take a smaller shape,I have a DM of 26,if want it to be high.
