It is better to boil the chicken, but I had little time. I took two slices of Turkey (it was already cooked and laid in a freezer) for about 100 grams, put in a pot and boil. I cooked 5 minutes
Then in a separate bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a Cup cold water. Certainly better than corn starch, but I used what was at hand.
Then pour the starch into the pan and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the tofu (I already cut directly into the hand, but if unusual, it is best on the Board). Protein is very soft and very easy to cut.
Then add a jar of canned corn. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. I added 1 tablespoon of salt and half teaspoon pepper.
At the end in a separate bowl beat 1 egg and slowly pour it into the boiling soup and mix well. Let cook for another 5 minutes and the soup is ready. Bon appetit!
