My favorite kurnicki

I haven't met anyone who would not like my kornicki))) the Stuffing is simple, but, in my opinion, the most delicious that I ever tasted.

Step 1

Butter to RUB on a grater and combine with the flour.
Add a pinch of salt.


Step 2

Mix. You can further chop the butter knife.


Step 3

Mix egg with sour cream.


Step 4

Add the mixture to the butter and the flour and knead the dough. Long knead not necessary.


Step 5

Divide the dough into 16 parts (first 2 parts, then 4, 8 and eventually 16 - so the part about the same). Put the dough in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can do filling.


Step 6

Onions and potatoes cut into cubes. The meat is also cut with a knife into small pieces (in my opinion leaves tastes better if you use minced meat, namely, sliced meat!)
