Rolls with ricotta
Never baked a "pancakes" mineral water and, especially, not stuffed with ricotta mixed with tomatoes. So when I saw this recipe in the magazine, could not pass up. You know — curiosity killed the cat. The Italians called this baking pancakes, but, in my opinion, she pronounced egg taste rather invokes associations with scrambled eggs. And, I think, this is a good reason for improvisations. Them I'm gonna do next time...
