Ingredients for Lecho
- Sweet pepper - 5 kg
- Tomato - 2 kg
- Sugar - 8 tbsp.
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 Cup.

Pepper wash, peel and cut coarsely.

Tomatoes grind in a meat grinder or a food processor, you should get 2 liters tomato or you can use tomato paste (800 grams. paste diluted with water to 2 l). Pour the tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put sugar, salt, vinegar and oil.
