Take chicken breast , cut into plates(one half breast out 3 pieces)
Rinse under running water and squeeze.Add 3-4 tbsp of vinegar (vinegar can be replaced with citric acid)
After 2 minutes add the vegetable oil, mix well.
After 3 minutes add spices,and tsp sugar
After another 3 minutes, add 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise and let stand 10 minutes
Preheat the pan with oil and lay out the "layers" of meat on the frying pan
and fry each side not more than one minute.
Spread on a dish and decorate,ideal for fresh Basil leaves.The side dish can be mashed potatoes,pasta.
