Simple in design, economical, but very tasty and unusual cake for the competition "School time". Perfect for young chefs! The basis of the recipe taken from another site. However, cakes with bananas, in my opinion, is too sugary, so I added berries with a sour taste: sea buckthorn, currants. It turned out great.

- Gingerbread - 500 g
- Sour cream - 700 g
- Banana - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 0.5 stack.
- Berry - 1 Cup.

Gingerbread cut into 3-5 parts
Sour cream mix with sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Each slice dip in sour cream, put on a plate evenly.
Bananas cut into thin slices, put them on a layer of gingerbread.
To make one or two layers. Instead of bananas you can use other fruits or berries. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, berries or fruit.
