Recipe found in the magazine "Love to cook". Very it interested me. Well, I could not pass up. The recipe had little to alter, because were not all agree. The result was not disappointing, but I love lots of toppings and the dough is rolled out thinly, and it has risen strongly and the filling was not enough. Here starts the changes - the original recipe was suggested to take 100 grams - I thought it was too much, and she was right.
So. Yeast breed in a SMALL amount of warm water.
Add eggs + salt + sugar. Mix well and add warm water to a full glass.
Again, the original recipe was suggested to take 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp salt. But here, I made some adjustments and put less sugar and more salt (salt can be added).
All the fun pour in the flour and butter.
And thoroughly knead the dough lightly a bit tough.
Roll into a ball.
And here begins the intrigue. Recruit in a large pot well in warm water, but in any case not hot. And our dough is submerged in water. It sinks immediately. The batter will get the remaining liquid.
