A light and tasty salad. Preparing is quite simple, looks very elegant.
Ingredients for Tuna salad "Third eye"
- Tuna - 340 g
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1/2 forks
- Cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 250 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Tuna salad "Third eye"
In a beautiful large platter stacked, diced, orange.
Apple cleaned from skin and grate on a grater (or blender), spread on top of the oranges.
Abundantly watered it with mayonnaise (or yogurt).
The next layer is a lot of thinly sliced Chinese lettuce (or bikinki, like me). Again, pour mayonnaise, but this layer is not so abundant a bit, that would be the cheese on the cabbage better kept.
And the last layer - cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Tomatoes cut into small slices and lay out on plate diameter. Optional - decorate the salad greens, olives, etc.
The salad looks very elegant: red tomatoes, green lettuce, yellow cheese. After watching the salad, all the layers are mixed and the salad is eaten. But this is, as someone more like it! Yes, salt salad is not necessary!
