These amazing cookies I saw in LJ have trampampulkanat. They turned out crisp, beautiful, with a citrus note. Syrup is a great addition not-so-sweet dough! I want to share with you!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Cookies the Greek "Melomakarona"


Step 1

The oven is heated to 180°C, put the pan with baking paper.


Step 2

The flour and baking powder sift into a bowl, add the orange zest, cinnamon and half the walnuts.


Step 3

Butter and sugar beat white, OM mix with orange juice and pour in 3 call in sweet oil, continuing to whisk (I mixer churned).
