Very tasty salad. Do almost every day. Last time put up a recipe without a photo... my camera "died". Had to suffer the cellphones. Recommend!!!!!

Eggplant bake on low heat (directly on hotplate).
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes, onions - all in a regular salad!
Add chopped Balaganchik and roasted pepper.
You can add garlic and parsley.
Add salt and fill with oil.
