Ingredients for Eggplant fritters
- Eggplant - 4 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Dill - 1/2 Puig.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant fritters
Bake eggplant in the oven at a temperature of 180 deg. approximately 35 minutes
Peel and blend the pulp.
Add it to the egg
Flour, dill (finely chopped), garlic, stir, add salt and pepper to taste.
Leave for half an hour.
In a pan, heated with oil, spoon in small fritters. Fry on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
Serve with sour cream or other sauce, at Your discretion.
