Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. 

Plum wash, cut into quarters, remove pits. 
Molds, if they are not nonstick, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar. 
Beat the eggs with the vanilla until white. 
Grind nuts with sugar in a coffee grinder in the pulse mode.Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, ground hazelnut, lemon zest, milk, melted butter, lemon juice. 
Again beat with a mixer on the lowest speed.
