Instead of plums you can take any fruit, but with plums turns out tastier.
Ingredients for Plum cupcakes with ground almonds
- Flour - 125 g
- Almonds - 125 g
- Drain - 15 PCs
- Milk - 125 g
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Plum cupcakes with ground almonds
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Plum wash, cut into quarters, remove pits.
Molds, if they are not nonstick, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar.
Beat the eggs with the vanilla until white.
Grind nuts with sugar in a coffee grinder in the pulse mode.
Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, ground hazelnut, lemon zest, milk, melted butter, lemon juice.
Again beat with a mixer on the lowest speed.
Pour the batter into the molds 2/3 from the top to distribute the plums, top sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar (while the crust is slightly caramel) and bake for about 50 minutes.
Ready to cool, remove from molds.
