Ingredients for Lecho with tomato juice
- Tomato juice - 3 years
- Pepper - 3.5 kg
- Onion - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil - 1 Cup.
- Vinegar - 1 Cup.
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Lecho with tomato juice
Onion peel, cut in half rings.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces or rings.
Sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar mix and pour into the juice, bring to a boil.
Then add onion and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Spread into sterilized jars and preserve.
