A tasty casserole from simple products.

Cook polenta (grits)
In a pot, boil 1 litre of water, put salt. Stirring with a whisk to make into boiling water and a funnel, gradually pour the flour. Cook, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon, 25-30 minutes.
Split mold rinsed with cold water, pour it into the polenta.
While the polenta is set, eggplant and zucchini cut into slices thickness of about 5 mm. Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put in chopped vegetables and bake.
Cheese cut into plates of tomato - slices.
Prepared vegetables put the polenta in rows, slightly overlapping:

In a small amount of olive oil, squeeze the garlic.
Sprinkle this oil in the casserole, sprinkle with Italian herbs and chopped Basil.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
