A trip on mushrooms, has borne fruit. In addition to oil, svinushek, Russula and boletus I found some beauties white mushrooms, of which, in the end, decided to bake some tasty cakes!

So many mushrooms we have collected + some white beauties!
Mushrooms wash, peel, soak for 10 minutes in a good salt solution, then rinse and cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion and garlic, add the mushrooms, spices, sour cream and stew for 20 min.
Prepare the sourdough: yeast pour the warm milk, place sugar + 0.5 cups of sifted flour and leave in a warm place for 20 min.
The dough is well risen, add to it a pinch of salt and homemade chubby village sour cream (who does not have a Granny in the village can add store-bought sour cream, just high enough fat) + vegetable oil.
With the remaining flour, knead elastic dough.
Roll out thinly the dough and on one half spread our rosy fragrant mushrooms.
Close the second half of the test (i.e. folded in half) and zasiyaet region.
Spread the remaining stuffing.
Take out from the oven, cut. The photograph clearly shows that the dough was very thin and crispy, and filling, thanks to the juice of mushrooms, very tender.
