Salad on motives from the Bulgarian cuisine. It combines the products we usually together in salads't use. But, believe me, very tasty!!!

White cabbage cut into strips
Sprinkle with salt,press to let the juice
Cut the cucumber
Put in the center serves as a"litter" of cabbage around and round slices of cucumber
Wash,peel,cut into slices pepper
Spread on cucumbers
Cheese cut into strips
and put over cucumbers and pepper
Ham or sausages(to taste and according to availability)cut into cubes
Put a slide on the "litter"of cabbage
Boiled hard boiled egg cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and spread on a slide.
Salt is not necessarily feta cheese and sunflower sprouts are in the salad.
Sprinkle with sunflower oil and optional Apple cider vinegar.
