Cake peach and plum jam

I'm a little late, but it was not possible to spread and to wish you a happy 1st of September and my friend who teaches in primary school and my sister, who teaches math and geometry, dedicated to them here is such a light, fruity cake, and along with the competition "School time"
Ingredients for Cake peach and plum jam
- Egg white - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 100 g
- Nuts - 60 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Flour - 80 g
- Peach - 8 PCs
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake peach and plum jam
Dough: beat the whites with the sugar
add chopped nuts, melted butter, flour and mix well, pour into greased pan and bake.
Jell-o: lemon squeeze the juice and dilute with water to 100 ml
soak gelatine to swell, then to dissolve, mix with lemon juice and sugar.
Ready cake to cool and lubricate the jam (if there is no jam, I did it myself from the sink, just uvaria plums with sugar)
Peaches cut into wedges and spread in a circle on a greased the cake and pour the jelly (I was flooded with parts, so it was more dense and high), put in the refrigerator.
