This dish is very easy to prepare but no less tasty. The combination of fish, tomato, lemon and garlic give a special flavour to this dish. Tasters were kids, they loved it. I think that says it all.

- Cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 g

Fish to clean, gut, remove the bones and skin (I sometimes remove the skin), this option was removed. Ready fillet to divide into portions.
