A simple recipe with minimal ingredients. Lemon gives unusual for chickens acidity.

Slices of chicken with salt and fry until Golden brown in a large amount of vegetable oil
Cut onion finely (I chopped in a blender). Fry in butter (in parallel with the chicken).
Tomatoes pour over boiling water and peel. Cut the flesh into small pieces.
After the onions have fried, add the tomatoes and fry a little together.
The resulting tomato-onion sauce to add to chicken.
A squeeze of lemon juice and pour over chicken, season with pepper.
The sauce is quite thick, so you can add hot water or chicken broth to the desired consistency.
Who loves spicy, add hot peppers.
Simmer under a lid for 15-20 min.
Serve the chicken in tomato-onion sauce in which it was stewed.
As a side dish well suited spaghetti.
