Yay! We finally returned from the garden, and I was back in culinary ranks! Suddenly really missed cooking in the summer did nothing except desserts. I will catch up! All are treated to delicious muffins with blackberries!
Ingredients for Muffins with blackberries
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 160 g
- Sugar - 2/3 of the stack.
- Milk - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- BlackBerry - 300 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins with blackberries
In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
Separately beat the eggs, add both kinds of sugar, milk, cream and butter.
Mix the flour mixture until smooth.
BlackBerry fresh wash. If frozen - defrost, drain the juice, lightly sprinkle with flour.
Add berries to the batter and mix gently.
Molds grease with oil, pour the batter and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
I took half the norm products.
Cupcakes to cool, remove from molds.
You can decorate with icing sugar, covering the muffins with a slotted spoon. :-)
