- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Lemonade - 150 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Flour - 2.5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lemonade cupcake
To prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
• RUB the eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil, flour, baking powder and mix well.
• Pour the lemonade, stir, add the raisins (pre-soak in hot water and then Pat dry), chopped candied fruits and again mix well.
• The batter is poured into oiled baking pan.
• Bake cupcake in preheated to 180 degrees. the oven is approximately 1 hour (ready to check wooden skewer).
