This autumn for me has begun under the badge of struggle with the crop of pears! It was heartbreaking, I lost.. So this is not my last recipe, where you can attach pear ))
Ingredients for Pear cake
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Pear - 5 PCs
- Chocolate milk - 50 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
Step by step instruction of cooking Pear cake
Grind sugar with butter until smooth.
Add one egg, vanilla sugar, salt.
The flour with the baking powder sift and add to the batter.
Pear clean, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, not darkened, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little flour.
Chocolate finely chop.
Add the pears and chocolate into the dough, mix gently.
Form grease with oil, bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 gr., cool on a wire rack.
