Focaccia with cherry tomatoes and rosemary

A recipe from "cookbook" when I saw, I realized that I can not cook. It turned out very airy, but crispy, and savory note from the rosemary and peel.
Ingredients for Focaccia with cherry tomatoes and rosemary
- Flour - 600 g
- Yeast - 25 g
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 16 PCs
- Lemon peel
- Rosemary - 1 piece

Yeast dissolved in 500 ml. of warm water (boiled). I had fresh, but you can use instant, then they will need 1 bag (7).
And the sifted flour. The dough should be soft and sticky to the hands. In the recipe, flour 600 grams, it took me somewhere 550g.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. It should cease to stick to hands.
Leave for an hour to come. I went very well, constantly tried to escape. The photo shows that I almala once.
Now grease the pan with vegetable oil, put the dough in rectangle shape. Make grooves for the tomatoes.
Tomatoes wash, dry and pressed in the dough.
Sprinkle with lemon peel (in the recipe, oranges) and rosemary. Offered even sprinkled sea salt, I only had small, so I decided to do without it. Leave for another 30 minutes, during this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
