- Butter - 100 g
- Milk - 225 ml
- Yeast - 20 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Almonds - 100 g
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
- Nutella - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 75 g
- Vanilla sugar - 4 pack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate almond Christmas cake
Melt the butter and give it again to cool a little.
Milk heat, melt the yeast in it.
Flour mixed with sugar and salt.
Add milk and butter.
mix well (first with a mixer with attachments for the test), then
knead the dough by hand. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and almonds.
Divide the dough in half and roll out two rectangle 20x25 cm, about half a centimeter in thickness.
Each half spread with Nutella, sprinkled with almonds and chocolate.
Roll the rectangles in jelly roll, put them on strips of foil and cover foil on top. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake for 30-35 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla and sprinkle the still-hot cupcakes.
