Miss kiwi using a blender and pour lemon juice.
Add 1-2 sachets of gelling agent means the sugar and put on medium heat, not forgetting to stir. Once it boils, after 5 - 10 minutes, the mixture starts to thicken.
A pot of jam set aside, cool slightly.
Add green food dye, just a little bit.
Hot jam pour into sterilized jars (I pour a little hot in the spec. plastic mold).
Emerald jam is ready!
Peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces.
