In forcemeat add the grated boiled beets.
There also put sour cream. Salt to taste.
The mince and knead well.
Make burgers and fry in a pan until soft.
Put steak in a deep fryer or an oven form.
In a frying pan, where roasted steaks, to fry the flour.
Then the flour is diluted with hot water and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add water to the consistency of gravy.

I prefer to braise in a preheated oven at 100-120*C.
