Ingredients for Rye bread with bran
- Water - 420 ml
- Flour - 275 g
- Rye flour - 225 g
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Bran - 5 tbsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Dry milk - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 2 tsp.
