Gentle dough and slightly sour plums is a wonderful combination!
Ingredients for Muffins with plums
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Margarine - 70 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 0,5 stack.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Drain - 7 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins with plums
Whisk soft butter with sugar and add the egg, vanilla. Mix the flour with soda and baking powder, continuing to whisk, add in the flour and yogurt. Whisk until a homogeneous mass. This was the recipe that I make kefir and flour added all at once.
Molds lubricated, spread the batter about 3/4 of the volume, spread on top half of a plum, well-pressed it so that the dough lightly hugged the edge of the berries. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
