This is a very tasty and easy dish to tea, the dough tender and a little crispy, scented with apples. You can also cook the biscuits with cherries.

In a bowl, combine the flour with the salt, sugar and vanilla, add the oil, grind all the large crumbs, then pour a tablespoon of water, stirring with a fork, knead the dough, it should be a little wet, mash it a bit with your hands, roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
