This sauce-marmalade served with meat and poultry! Very poignant! In these proportions the sauce will appeal to all! Who love witty, chili pepper you need to add more! Recipe from "the Deli" in 2004.
Ingredients for Hot pepper-orange marmalade
- Orange - 1 piece
- Black pepper - 1 piece
- Cranberry - 0,5 stack.
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Water - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Hot pepper-orange marmalade
Orange cut in half, remove pits, cut into small cubes with peel. From Chile to remove the seeds and white flesh (I recommend during this process wear gloves), slice also dice, or strips.
Mix the sugar with water and lemon juice, boil the syrup. Put in syrup of orange, chili, cranberries.
And cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
