- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 125 g
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Nuts - 3/4 stack.
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Nut rolls
Pre-take the butter out of the fridge and put in a warm place to soften.

Mix the flour, ground walnuts and powdered sugar
Separate the yolks from the whites.
To the flour add the egg yolks and softened butter and knead until smooth and roll into a ball.
Leave in the fridge for about half an hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a sausage. Then slice with a sharp knife crosswise into pieces with a length of 5-6 cm
Quickly roll them into balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200C to 25 minutes.
While biscuits bake, whip the egg whites.
Make a mixture of nuts, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
The buns, not allowing it to cool, quickly brush the beaten egg white and sprinkle with mixture of powdered sugar,
vanilla sugar and nuts.
