Found this recipe in a magazine. Decided to cook and... the result did not disappoint me. The meat turns out tasty, and the jelly resembles the taste of apples baked in duck. And I love it very much. And most importantly, prepared without any problems.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces, repel, pepper, salt (you can add any seasonings according to your taste).

Fry the fillets on both sides until Golden brown. I then even put in the microwave for 5 minutes (that was probably already ready).
Put on a dish and decorate around according to your wishes. I put slices of lemon, boiled eggs and greens.

To prepare gelatin (dilute it according to instructions on the pack, only in 100 ml of water) and pour in Apple juice. I added more Apple juice a little lemon juice (I forgot to take a picture).
Fill our the jerky and put in the fridge that froze.
