Souffle of hake

Very much I wanted the fish cakes... just tender... Very tender and not fatty, ideally for a couple, but the steamer I have not yet, so came up with something very cool came in duhovochku!

(Meat of the hake is quite lean, it is easily digested, meals out of it useful for everyone, so it is used in diets)
