Tried these tomatoes. I have to say, I liked it very much, the onion of them - also delicious. Here on the website I found a couple of recipes, but one without a photo (Tomato jelly), and the second neponyatka with ingredients (Tomato jelly (canning))

Step 1

So, wash tomatoes and cut in half or into quarters (depends on size, if small, integer).
Onions cut into half rings. The amount of onions here at will.

In STERILIZED jar pour 1 tbsp oil and put the spices (Bay, black pepper and allspice, cloves, white pepper, Basil)


Step 3

Now put the tomato and onion layers. The top layer of the onion.


Step 4

Prepare the marinade of water, salt and sugar (the vinegar until the add).
Note that the marinade is designed for 1 liter of water, not a quart jar! Before the marinade pour into the jar, try it on taste.


Step 5
