A few years ago I found this recipe in a magazine. Excellent cream sauce and vegetables, gives a unique sound to ordinary pasta.

Assemble the products.
Vegetable broth obtained after boiling broccoli.
Boil the pasta. Drain in a sieve. Set aside.
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain in a sieve. Rinse with cold water. Leave 400 ml of broth for sauce.
Tomatoes depending on size cut into 4-6 pieces.
Garlic chopped small cubes. Can be and onions, also finely porubit.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the garlic.
Put the flour to the garlic and arumanian slightly. Salt, pepper.
Pour in the cream and vegetable broth and boil several minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the sauce to the vegetables and simmer five minutes.
On the plate put the pasta, top with vegetable sauce and a little coarsely ground black pepper.
