Boil the rice.
Feta cut into small cubes.
Heat the oil and fry the onion 7-10 minutes over moderate heat.
Add half of mint, minced, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste. When the beef is browned, add the remaining mint.
Tomatoes wash, cut in half, with a spoon remove the pulp.
1 Cup of pulp to mix with mince, rice and feta.
Stuff the tomatoes, put in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake until Golden brown at temp. 180 gr. 25-30 minutes.
